Independence, in writing

Observation outcomes never generate a sales lead. No observer holds a stake in a provider they observe. Buying anything confers no accreditation advantage — published policy.

Preventative by design

Observations catch issues and opportunities before they become problems. Providers choose when they're ready; findings belong to the provider.

Safety routes to safety

Anything an observation surfaces that touches child safety routes straight to the safeguarding function — the mechanism and the response, separately owned.
